This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the easyfixcy.lovable.app website and purchasing products from EasyFix.

1. General Terms

By accessing the website and placing orders, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Products and Prices

All prices include VAT. Product prices and availability may change without notice. Product images may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. EasyFix reserves the right to accept or decline any order. The sales contract is completed upon dispatch of the product.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Cyprus within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are indicative. EasyFix is not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g. postal services).

5. Returns

You may return unused products within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in their original packaging. Returns are not accepted for opened or used products unless they are defective.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For products without a manufacturer warranty, EasyFix provides a 6-month warranty against material defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

EasyFix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase amount.
