Shipping & Returns

At EasyFix we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your product according to our policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty.

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be in perfect condition, as when you received it.
• The packaging must be complete and unaltered.
• Returns are not accepted for opened or used products.
• Personalised products or sensitive items cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

To return a product, contact us at mobile@easyfixcy.com or +357 96 633328. We will send you instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund you via the same payment method you used. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a refund.
